Gustav is the Owner and Director at GB Law.
Obtaining his Bcom LLB from the University of Stellenbosch, he has more than 12 years practical legal experience in the property sector.
His area of practice covers all aspects of Property Law, including the drafting of property agreements and contracts, general conveyancing, both conventional and sectional title, servitudes, mortgage and notarial bonds, agricultural property agreements, Joint Venture agreements and advice on the legal aspects of property development.
Gustav’s greatest attribute is his availability and personable service to his clients. His problem solving and supportive attitude is what sets him apart from the rest.
CATHERINE CONWAY
Senior Associate I Conveyancer
Catherine studied and worked in the Financial Management sector for over 10 years before deciding to move into Law, where her true passion lies. She completed her LLB degree through UNISA in 2011, also qualifying as a Conveyancer soon thereafter.
Catherine actively manages all our current transfer files and processes to ensure our clients’ needs and expectations are met throughout. In addition to this she brings a wealth of expertise in the drafting of wills, Antenuptial contracts and Deceased estate administration. Her hands-on approach ensures that each matter runs smoothly and efficiently.
Catherine’s calm, mature and relatable approach safeguards our clients’ confidence and trust through often stressful transactions and times.
KIM BOOYSEN
Senior Conveyancing Secretary
Kim graduated from the South African School of Paralegal Studies with Distinction in 2001. She is an experienced Paralegal with over 17 years’ work history in the legal services industry.
Kim administers all our transfers and processes from start to finish. She is a highly proficient and skilled individual with diverse knowledge on all Conveyancing software platforms and processes. Her proactive approach and effective communication ensures a smooth and transparent transaction for all clients.

Senior Conveyancing Secretary
Dawn completed her Conveyancing Paralegal Studies with distinction in 2000. With over 33 years Conveyancing Secretarial work history, she offers a wealth of knowledge and invaluable experience.
Dawn forms an integral part of the support team, managing a large client portfolio of transfers and processes from start to finish. She is a hardworking, committed and loyal individual with a high attention to detail.
